Tradition has its place in every wedding, and we love seeing each wedding day reflect an institution, a timeless ceremony that has happened for centuries. Within that tradition, it’s even more exciting to see couples infuse their personalities, their own small, subtle ways of expressing their love and relationship in an outward way. The tradition of the wedding isn’t changing, but the way it looks changes day to day, and we adore documenting those subtle differences.
Although Chris and Irene’s wedding day was a bit soggy, their spirits were not dampened in the least being constantly lifted by their excitement and the intimate group of family & friends that surrounded them. They showed off their personalities—and exquisite style—by wearing a wine colored suit and a blush dress; this made the day even more exciting to photograph. Everything about this wedding displayed the couple’s joyful and loving relationship from the location they picked to the family style dinner. It was a small intimate wedding with family and friends and I am honored to have been a part of their day.
